  I SHOUDN'T HAVE TO DO THIS, because we as Americans ought to know (and be taught) about our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  Seems like some in Congress and our Judicial Branch may have forgotten: 1.  160 countries have modeled  their constitutions after ours, there are 170 countries 2.  Only US citizens can vote in Federal elections (its in the Constitution) 3.  To change our Constitution by amendment--VERY DIFFICULT--must be approved by 2/3rds of both houses of Congress and 3/4 of the states' legislatures.   4.   PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN TODAY Mayor Molly made a New Year's resolution to have her daily newspaper just publish the facts and that means that her mole cub reporters have to do investigation--something unheard of today--BEFORE SUBMITTING their article to the editor WHO will also do fact checking." IN ADDITION, "we have only enough funds to support our mole tribe and I don't want my town to go bankrupt."  In keeping with this, she believes that her first duty is to protect the Mole Town borders (in her case mole holes)--meaning that their natural enemies will in no way be allowed to jump down her mole holes.
